Prostar Windows - 27.02.10

CARPATHIANS 2 - 3 Prostar Windows Carpathians began well and had early chances which eventually saw them score direct from a free kick, but disallowed as indirect, where's the deflection when you need one. Carpathians had to wait until the 28th minute, in a scrappy match, not helped by a pudding of a pitch, to go ahead.  Good through play saw RICHARD BARNES score.  As usual Carpathians had chances to increase their lead but took none. Unforthunately, Carpathians could not reproduce the form at the first half and allowed Prostar to attack at will.  Prostar won a penalty on 40 minutes but was brilliantly saved by Adrian Coote in goal. Relief was short lived as Prostar headed in the resultant corner.  Prostar continued to press Carpathians and went in front after 59 minutes. Carpathians then pushed men forward and PAUL GOODSON equalised from a long shot into the bottom corner which had to be good against a useful keeper. Carpathians made more chances but were caught out from route one kick from the keeper on 81 minutes. After a decent first half Carpathians lost all shape in the 2nd half.
